Sunday Mornings
10:00 AM - Sanctuary
Every 2nd Sunday we meet in the Worship Center.
We currently have one worship service that is a blend of our traditional and contemporary worship services. This service features music from a variety of performers that give this worship experience a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary songs. A great place to gather together.

Sunday School
9:00 AM - Children, Youth, Adult
Sunday School classes offer an opportunity to grow in your understanding of God’s Word while developing a relationship with Jesus Christ and others in our church. We have a variety of classes that appeal to all ages and interests. Sunday School for youth and children is also available during this time. Sunday School classes are meeting in person.

Location
We are located directly across from Lufkin Middle School on Denman Ave. We have several parking areas on our campus for your convenience. Our church office is located in the back of the campus.

Sunday Mornings
From the time you drive onto our campus, you will find our members ready to welcome you. Our greeters will be standing by each door, and you can stop by to meet someone who can answer all of your questions.

Children and Student Ministries
We are the mission to children and their families, and we create a ministry environment that is inviting, inclusive, innovative and fun. Children at First United Methodist Church are welcomed into a warm relational community. We love children and want them to love FUMC!

Adult Sunday School
Attending Sunday School is a great way to enjoy fellowship, receive solid, biblical teaching and learn with other believers. We have age, life stage, and topical classes. We hope you will give one a try because Sunday School can play an important role in your faith journey.
